NBC couldn’t pull any new J.J. Abrams magic with the show Undercovers canceling the spy espionage series after just 13 episodes.
The show, which aired on Wednesday nights is being pulled after taking in just 5.8 million viewers during last weeks episode.
Undercovers was the first primetime drama to star two black actors in the shows leading roles.
The show was focused around a husband and wife team who are pulled out of retirement for unknown reasons.
What do you think about the show’s cancellation? I was watching it, but it wasn’t a must see in my house. In any case, as a fan of Alias I was excited to see J.J. Abrams producing another spy series.
