Michael Jackson fans are not happy that the Discovery Channel plans to air a TV special featuring a virtual autopsy for the King of Pop. The TV special, titled Michael Jackson’s Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson has led to a petition which is now circulating the web.
According to TMZ, the petition was created by MJ Justice Project and MJ Children.

Kyra Sedgwick and her cast of criminal investigators will end their TNT run in 2011 when The Closer, closes it’s doors on Season 7.
The popular show is being canceled because Sedgwick, who has won numerous Emmy’s for her role on the show, has decided it was time to bow out.
There appears to be no hard feelings towards TNT or the show, with Sedgwick announcing:
“I cannot fathom how difficult it will be to say goodbye to the incredible family we’ve created on The Closer,” adding, “I will always be grateful to (series creator) James Duff for his love and friendship, as well as creating such a rich and complex character who I have loved living with year after year.”
Turner Entertainment Networks President Steve Koonin praised the show for setting the direction of TNT shows that have come about since:
“The Closer was a pivotal series in setting a new course for TNT’s original programming, while also serving as a prime example of the storytelling strength possible on cable television.”
The Closer was still receiving 8 million viewers per episode during the last season and is expected to do well into the final season.
In the meantime Sedgwick can laugh all the way to the bank as the show will hit the magic 100 episode syndication number that tends to mean big bucks for the shows actors.
Community star Joel McHale has agreed to host 2 more years of the E! pop culture recap show The Soup.
On the show Joel McHale looks at the funniest clips from talk shows and reality TV shows for the week and comments on them with his sarcastic, off-the-wall and always funny humor. McHale has been hosting the show for seven years.
On the show Joel loves to tease multimedia mogul Ryan Seacrest, but with his hosting gigson The Soup, his hilarious role as the head of Community and three movies coming out this year (Spy Kids 4, What’s Your Number and The Big Year), he’s really becoming a mini-mogul in his own right. Oh yeah, he also still tours around the comedy circuit to continuously hone his craft.

Illusionist Criss Angel will appear in a cameo role for the CBS TV show Rules Of Engagement.
Angel is currently spending his time in Las Vegas where he performs his Cirque Du Soleil show Believe 10 times a week at Luxor Las Vegas.
Criss isn’t a stranger to television, he is currently in his sixth season of Mindfreak. It’s still unclear what type of cameo role Angel will have on the show, perhaps a bit of magic?

Todd Palin, husband of ex-Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin is being considered for a spot on the next season of Dancing With the Stars, it will be the 11th season for the popular celebrity dance show.
A source close to the show told E! Online:
“They want him big time,” adding, “They’d love Sarah, but they don’t think that will ever happen, so why not go for the dad.”
Bristol Palin, Todd’s daughter, took second place this past season, despite singer Brandy receiving perfect scores from the judges during the “final three” voting round. The single mother, considered one of the worst competitors on the show was helped along by a rabid fan base for the single mother.
Also up for the show? Meghan McCain, daughter of Senator John McCain.
