Nicole Richie Really Hates Ex-Stylist Rachel Zoe

rachel-zoe-nicole-richie-split-11-28-2006.jpgOK, so we all know that Nicole Richie fired her stylist Rachel Zoe & took up with a new girl, right?  Well, it looks like there are some unresolved issues there.

While Richie is trying to clean up her life & fatten up those skin-poking ribs of hers, she is also getting rid of the trash, and that’s exactly what she’s calling stylist Rachel Zoe.  Nicole apparently fired Zoe because she was a bad influence on the socialite, although Zoe spoke out stating that the stylish split was a mutual decision.  But according to Nicole’s blog, there is trouble brewing….

“BLIND ITEM:
What 35 year old raisin face whispers her order of 3 peices of asparagus for dinner at Chateau everynight, and hides her deathly disorder by pointing the finger at me, and used her last paycheck I wrote her to pay for a publisist instead of a nutritionist?
HINT: Her nickname is lettucecup…”

Yep, trouble is most certainly brewing for those two!

Did Tom Cruise Wear a Girdle to Katie Holmes Wedding?

According to gossip guru Janet Charlton, Tom Cruise needed a little help into his wedding tuxedo.  Wow, what did wife Katie Holmes think about that one?  I’m not sure that I swallow this particular story, but it’s pretty hilarious all the same.  Maybe Tom has gained a little in the tummy lately…  

Here’s a juicy little secret that Tom Cruise might kill us for telling you. Oh well, here we go- Tom was wearing a GIRDLE under his tuxedo at his wedding! In case you haven’t noticed, Tom packed on around twenty pounds in the past few months before the big event. He says he’s a “nervous eater.” And he’s had a lot to be nervous about – his exit from Paramount and his high octane marriage. When Tom arrived in Rome, we hear that Giorgio Armani was apoplectic because the wedding tux was too small. Armani personally tended to all the fittings while Tom’s pants were let out and various details were adjusted. Tom wanted to look svelte so he didn’t protest when Giorgio suggested girdling Tom’s midsection so the jacket would fall properly. The corset was sewn into Tom’s undergarment. Everyone was sworn to secrecy, but those Armani employees love to gossip, and are we grateful for THAT!

Swap the wearing a girde to the Italian wedding story for Tom Cruise wearing shoe lifts to almost meet the height of Katie Holmes, then I would believe you. 

Tom & Katie are still honeymooning in the Maldives & probably laughing at that whole girdle story….

Nicole Richie Flat Out Denies Gastric Bypass Surgery

nicole-richie-denies-gastric-bypass-11-15-2006.jpgOn Monday gossip extraordinaire Page Six published a post implying that Nicole Richie had undergone the famed gastric bypass surgery. 

Here’s what Page Six published:

“WHICH young Hollywood starlet had secret gastric bypass surgery, but then lost too much weight? During a recent four-day stint at a health clinic, she was actually having an operation to remove the bypass.”

On Tuesday, 25-year-old Nicole Richie posted a response to this health claim on her MySpace page saying,

“So i gain a little bit of weight, and im acussed of having a gastric bypass surgery reversed? Its pathetic of Page Six to insinuate i have done this. Anyone that knows anything about this surgery would know that legally, you must be AT LEAST 100 pounds overweight to even have the surgery done, and is a serious, life changing procedure; not one to throw around as a joke or a rumor. Ive statement I am in the process of putting on weight, and that should be enough. Its a shame to hear that instead of hearing supportive words, someone needs to spin it into some negative, absurd way.”

I’m with Nicole on that, who would even think that she would have had gastric bypass surgery (me)?  One thing is for sure, Nicole needs to go back to the drawing board with her spelling & grammar.

George Clooney Named People’s 2006 Sexiest Man Alive

george-clooney-sexiest-man-alive-11-15-2006.jpgIt looks like Brad Pitt might have some company.  Sexypants George Clooney has been named People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2006, Clooney joins Pitt in the ranks of two-time winners of the skin-deep title.

What did the appearance-ridden actor have to say about his new accolade? 

 “Brad’s going to be upset,” Clooney stated.  “There’s a lot of pressure.  There are all the events you have to show up for. The sash you have to wear … is embarrassing.”

Giving more credence to the fact that Clooney is one of the coolest guys around, as he does not take this type of title very seriously.  Here are some snippets from People interview with the Hollywood stud.

On Wheter George Wants Kids:

“I think it’s the most responsible thing you can do, to have kids. It’s not something to be taken lightly. I don’t have that gene that people have to replicate. But everything in my life has changed over time.”

On George’s Vow to “Never Marry Again”:

“The truth is, I haven’t softened my position on anything, but it’s not something I deal with on a regular basis. Who knows? I’ve been married. It’s not something I’m looking out for. The truth is, I’m really happy.”

“This one’s going to be hard for Brad since he’s been Sexiest Man Alive twice. He’s enjoyed that mantle. I’d say ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ to him and he’d go, ‘Two-time.’ So that’s been taken away. We used to call him Two Time. So Brad’s going to be upset.”

That hilarious, Clooney.  You gotta love ’em.
