Usher & Tameka Foster Cancel Wedding at Last Minute

R&B singer Usher was almost ready to say ‘I do’ to his knocked up fiance Tameka Foster, but not quite yet.  Usher & Foster were scheduled to get married this weekend at the home of a music executive, but the singer changed his mind at the last minute without explanation.

Usher’s rep stated, “The wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond … and Tameka Foster was cancelled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”

28-year-old Usher & 37-year-old Foster were engaged this past January after more than a year of dating.  The news of the baby bump was released in June, which will be Usher’s first & Tameka’s fourth. 

The wedding that was supposed to happen on Saturday is rumored to have something to do with his ex-manager & mother Jonnetta Patton.  After Tameka came into the picture, things have never been the same for the R&B star & his mama.  Apparently Jonnetta was invited to the wedding at the last minute & could have been the cause of the abrupt cancellation.

Rebecca Romijn & Jerry O’Connell Surprise Wedding Weekend

Well, this past weekend wasn’t dull by any means.  Even sexy little thing Rebecca Romijn has something up her sleeve.

Romijn & beau Jerry O’Connell tied the knot Saturday in a secret surprise wedding not many people knew about. 

Becca looked fabulous in her Ralph Lauren gown, and Jerry never looks bad in anything (or nothing) if you ask me. 

The short ceremony included a gospel choir that sang Foreigner’s “I Want to Know What Love Is”.  And the reception was cowboy-themed complete with picnic tables, bales of hay & wagon wheels!

Looks like, if anything, these two kids had a great wedding & hopefully an even happier life ahead of them.

Eva Longoria & Tony Parker Officially Married

Eva Longoria & basketball star Tony Parker tied the knot twice this weekend in France.  According to French law, the couple had to be married first in a civil ceremony before they could proceed to a religious ceremony.  More bang for your buck if you ask me.

Longoria & Parker enjoyed a civil ceremony on Friday & took their wedding places once more on Saturday for the official religious ceremony. 

So, it looks like the possibility of sweeping Tony away from the evil claws of Eva are now gone, but there’s always divorce, eh?

Sadly Singer Brandy & Tyrese Gibson Not Engaged

Well, rumors haven’t stopped while I’ve taken some time off, looks like even accident-prone singer Brandy has kept the gossip columns busy.

Recently several folks reported that Brandy was engaged to sexy actor Tyrese Gibson & while we’d all probably like that to happen, sadly it just isn’t true.

The original word on the street was that Gibson surprised Brandy at a baby shower she was attending & popped the question.  Now it’s just too bad, what if Tyrese was going to pop the question that way?!

You Tell Me: Would You Believe Another Angelina Joile & Brad Pitt Wedding Rumor?

Damn!  We apparently want to see this hot Hollywood couple married more than anything.  If I had a dollar for every Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt wedding rumor, I wouldn’t need to be shopping at TJ Maxx anymore.

So, another wedding rumors is circulating around that Jolie & Pitt might actually tie the knot sometime soon.  According to an insider, Pitt has never relented in asking Ang to marry him & it looks like, from the rumor anyway, that Jolie has finally given in.
