Black Eyed Pea’s APL is mourning the loss of his younger brother, who was reportedly gunned down in a town north of the capital in the Philippines. APL was born and raised in the Philippines and only moved to the US when he was adopted. His spokesperson said that he would be going back to his homeland for his brother’s wake and funeral. Our condolences go out to him and his family.
The Travoltas ended a chapter in their lives as they held a memorial service for their son, Jett, who passed away last week. The private service was held in their home in central Florida with only friends and family members attending.
Pat Hingle is best known for playing the role of Commissioner Gordon in Batman. He passed away on Saturday night at the age of 84. According to his family, he had been suffering from myelodysplasia, a type of blood cancer.

Jett, Travolta’s 16-year-old son died on Friday morning when he suffered a seizure and hit his head on the bathtub in their vacation home in the Bahamas. Basil is Travolta’s firstborn and has another child, Ella who is 8.
