Dina Lohan to the Resuce, Lindsay in Need of Motherly Love

Dina Lohan is putting her foot down on daughter Lindsay Lohan’s partying.  Apparently mother Lohan is worried about her teen queen’s California lifestyle & is coming to the rescue.  Maybe a little late, but hey, better late than never, eh? 

Dina Lohan tells American publication Star, “I’m out here for my child, but it’s a really, really scary place for these kids out here, and a lot goes on. I needed to come see for myself this whole scene.

“(Lindsay) is my child and I’m here to make sure she’s OK, and everything, and going in the right direction. I’m here to support her and keep an eye on this situation closely.

“She needed me to see what she sees everyday – her world.”

Dina is desperate for her daughter to return to her roots on the East Coast adding, “I wish she would move back to New York. I want her out of here. The weather’s beautiful. But these kids, it’s just a dangerous place.”

I’m all about Dina Lohan helping steer her daughter Lindsay away from all-night partyting, but she makes it seem likes she’s living though terrorism with threats on her life.  Lighten up a bit, Dina.  It’s just Hollywood, babe.  I mean, Lindsay’s in AA, right?

Madonna’s Marriage Under Strain Due to Adoption Craze

Madonna & Guy Ritchie’s marriage is under some strain.  After the pop queen made it clear that she’s not done adopting in Malawi, Ritchie (along with some Malawian officials) are quite upset.

A recent source stated, “She drove the whole adoption process on from start to finish and Guy was left trailing in her slipstream just nodding and going along with things.”

“Guy doesn’t want to go through all the media attention again which he hates. Although he loves little David as his own, he thinks they should be both concentrating on their own relationship at this time, not adding a new one.”

I’ll have to agree with you there, unidentified source.

Apparently & allegedly a nanny just recently quit working for Madge & Guy because the tension between the two was just too much for her.

Another strain on the marriage is Madonna’s avid devotion to Kabbalah, and she wants Richie to be just as involved as she is.

Another source states, “Madonna wants Guy to share her beliefs just as strongly.”

“Recently she asked Guy to help set up a Web site which will give advice to fellow followers. But, to put it bluntly, he’s just not interested.”

While Madonna’s rep didn’t have any comment at this time, I’ll have to say, I wouldn’t be all that surprised at Madonna going at it alone, without Guy by her, ummmm, side (always trailing in the back, isn’t he?).

Paris Hilton on Britney Spears

In a recent quickie interview on the streets of Los Angeles, Paris Hilton was asked what she made of her new BFF Britney Spears.  Here’s what the hotel heiress had to say. 

“I love her.”

“She is the sweetest girl I know. She’s so down-to-earth. I just want her to smile and be happy.”

Is it just me or do you hear, Paris Hilton & Britney Spears porn?

I suppose that it’s natural for Britney Spears to see what else is out there, after being in a suffocating redneck marriage with the likes of Kevin Federline, I just wish she wouldn’t go from taking out the trash to bringing the trash home again.

It looks like new BFF Paris Hilton has struck again.  More & more our Brit is looking like she’s been raiding Paris’ closet.  The two were spotted Sunday wearing matching tees that read, “I’m Paris Hilton I can do whatever I want.”

Well, the shirts sport the truth, at least.

Gyllenhaal Family Stroll

One thing I love about the Gyllenhaal family is that they are always together- hanging out, shopping or just for a nice, family stroll, this family is truly tightly knitted.

On Sunday new mom Maggie Gyllenhaal & fiancee Peter Sarsgaard were spotted strolling in Santa Monica with baby Ramona.  Baby brother & newly titled uncle Jake Gyllenhaal tagged along & brought his own baby, his precious pooch Atticus. 

But, something is missing here.  What is it?  Oh, yeah.  Someone draped around Jake’s arm.  Who can we get to fill that gap?  Maybe Rendition costar Reese Witherspoon is up for the job, that’s one family girl if I’ve ever seen one.  Or are we looking for more the gentleman type for Jake, not really knowing which way the boy swings.  You tell me.
