Britney Spears has been checked back into the hospital, but don’t worry it’s not Promises rehab center again.
Nope, the pop princess has gone back to hospital to get one of her molars looked at, as it is giving the singer quite a bit of pain.
Spears checked into Century City Hospital once again Wednesday evening & was released later that night.
I am sure all of us everywhere are hoping that Brit’s molar continues to pain her, I mean that her molar desists with this irritating discomfort.
Britney crazypants Spears seems to be keeping her cool after being released from Promises rehab center last week. The only crazy news being leaked about her weekend this fine morning is that good ole Brit managed to break a tooth. When you eat babies for breakfast, I guess that’s what happens…..
The 25-year-old singer along with two of her girlfriends took a hip-hop class at Millennium Dance Complex Friday.
“She was very excited to dance and was smiling and saying hi to everyone,” an insider revealed.
Later that evening, Spears was spotted chowing down on some sushi in Bel Air with some pals.Â
According to a source, “She was really cute and having a good time with her girlfriends.”
“They were giggling at the table and making jokes.”
But for some as of yet unknown reason, Britney was spotted late Sunday night at the Century City Medical Plaza where she was checked in for a broken tooth.
An insider reveals, “She was smiling for the cameras, but the moment she got into the elevators she was complaining to her bodyguards that it was unfair her tooth was broken, but she couldn’t take painkillers.”
Spears’ tooth was treated by an undisclosed dentist & sent back on her way without painkillers. So, who else here thinks Britney broke her tooth just for the morphine?
Pop princess Britney Spears has finished her month-long stay at Promises rehab center & has been released back into society at large.
Brit left the rehab facility late Tuesday as manager Larry Rudolph stated, “after successfully completing their program.”
The word on the street on Spears’ sanity, is that it’s safely back in place & that Britney made an amazing turnaround since entering the facility February 22. It looks like her & estranged husband Kevin Federline are even on good footing, the two have decided to share custody of their twon sonds as they finalize their divorce.
But as far as K-Fed is concerned, things are not looking so hot these days. Page Six is reporting that the “rapper” had to cancel his big birthday bash at Hollywood’s Eleven club Tuesday night because party sponsors ended up bailing on the bash. Ouch! That one’s gotta sting a bit, eh?
Well, maybe things are getting back to normal. Britney seems to be aiming for sanity & Kevin Federline is back to being on the bottom end of things. It’s good to be back.

With Britney crazypants Spears’ rehab release date looming, we’re all wondering if Promises rehab center was able to take the crazy out of her pants.
According to one of Brit’s favorite aunts, Spears didn’t need rehab in the first place, she just needed her Louisiana home to sort things out. Â
Aunt Chandra McGovern reveals that Britney “has to sort her priorities out and quickly, before it is too late … It is heartbreaking to go from knowing Britney as she was as a child to seeing how she is now, with everything falling apart.”
Brit’s aunt is recommended a good dose of Louisiana to get the pop princess back safely to her senses, saying, “It would give her the chance to breath some fresh air and take time to discover herself again.”
Well, hopefully Brit’s time in Promises hasn’t been wasted. So, what do you think, is Britney Spears going to be able to keep her cool after leaving rehab or is she likely to go umbrella on our ass again?
