Well, it looks like 25-year-old Britney Spears will just have to wait to tour with Girls Just Wanna Have Fun singer Cyndi Lauper. 

Earlier in the week Brit’s choreographer revealed that the two pop stars would be performing together this Saturday at the True Colors concert.

However, it looks like the last thing Britney wants to do right now is sing.  A source reveals, “There’s no way. Britney said she would only dance or lip-sync – and to be on stage with Cyndi, you have to actually perform. It’s not happening now.”

Hmmm….what’s going on with Brit?  Why can’t see muster up the courage to sing in public these days?

Judging from this pimpley picture Britney Spears is just begging for has-been status.  I mean, come on!  A little bit of concealer would cover those bad boys up nicely.

Spears was spotted tromping to the grocery earlier this week after several hours in the recording studio.  Brit left with fresh eggs, corn flakes & some cleaning supplies.  Suicide eggy cereal in the works?

Is it me, or do they just grow up so fast?  One-year-old Sean Preston was spotted tooling around in his very own Escalade the other day.  There’s something very Britney Spears about the whole thing, but then again she was born in the South.

It looks like mama Spears is keeping a close eye on her son as he wheels about in the driveway of their Beverly Hills home, though apparently no helmet in sight.  But then again, we already did mention that she’s country….

Every time I see Britney Spears out & about in her convertible, I get a little nervous.  It seems like any day now those badly managed extensions are going to up & fly out.

Despite the fact that Brit smiled for the cameras as she twirled around Los Angeles, there’s still ‘disaster’ written all over this gal.  Maybe it’s got something to do with all those up-skirt photos & boob shows….
