Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino isn’t happy just being an annoying reality star who no one will remember in a few years, now he wants to assault our better tastes with a clothing line no one will be wearing in a few years. The line is set to hit retailers this summer.
Shockingly he actually found a sponsor for his work the New York based “couture” house Dilligaf. The line is set to debut right before the second season of Jersey Shore season 2.
So far none of The Situations sketches for the line have been spotted, hopefully there as good as his rapping. Please recognize the sarcasm in that last statement.
The line will feature t-shirts and outerwear and is being called a “couture line of high-quality wearable art” but I have a creeping suspicion that only Mike and Dilligaf are calling it that.
According to the The NY Post, the line was thought up by Mike’s cousin Mark who is the CEO of MPS Entertainment. He said during a press statement on Monday:
“My main goal is to search out projects that work for Mike both on a personal as well as a lucrative level. We are interested in partnerships that allow him to express his creativity and his personality,”
Even if the line looks good, I could never get over the fact that I was wearing something created by a talentless twit.
You can find the line at Dilligaf store locations or at www.dilligafusa.com beginning next month.
