Uber-Bitch Amber Portwood of ‘Teen Mom‘ semi-fame has officially been charged with domestic violence and battery after allegedly beating the hell out of her baby daddy.
Charges were confirmed by Indiana officials who said the 20-year-old was charged with two felony counts and a single misdemeanor. According to reports Gary Shirley was attacked by his former girlfriend 3 times from August 2009 to July 2010.
At first no charges were filed, however officials saw an airing of the MTV show including several spot s in the show when Shirley was smacked rather hard by Amber, which led to an investigation and eventual charges.
Amber is said to have slapped Shirley in front of their daughter and then punching him in the face several times followed by hits to the upper-body.
Maximum charges would put Portwood in prison for three years with up to $10,000 in fines.
