Oh, man, Taylor Swift is getting good at this surprise thing.
The pop star almost gave her fans heart attacks when she announced that a new album’s on its way to shelves on October 27, while its first single (titled “Shake It Off”) is now out — alongside its accompanying music video. WOWZA!
The song, produced by the winning team of Max Martin and Shellback, is pure campy fun that sees TayTay flitting through various personas in the video: a ballet dancer, a ghetto superstar, and tons more.
As for the CD, she names it 1989, which signifies both her birth year and the profound 80s influence on her upcoming record. And yes, it’s up for pre-ordering.
More T-Swizzle?!
