Kaley Cuoco was interviewed by Redbook magazine and spoke about how she does not consider herself a feminist.
When asked if she called herself a feminist, Cuoco responded, “Is it bad if I say no?”
“It’s not really something I think about. Things are different now, and I know a lot of the work that paved the way for women happened before I was around … I was never that feminist girl demanding equality, but maybe that’s because I’ve never really faced inequality.” Kaley enjoys being a wife and the stereotypical gender roles that come along with it.
Cuoco mentioned how she loves doing this for her husband, Ryan Sweeting. Mentioning gender roles in their household, “I cook for Ryan five nights a week: It makes me feel like a housewife; I love that. I know it sounds old-fashioned, but I like the idea of women taking care of their men. I’m so in control of my work that I like coming home and serving him. My mom was like that, so I think it kind of rubbed off.”
On top of that, she did talk about her 2004 boob job. How getting breast implants gave her that boost of confidence she needed. Cuoco was recently under some heat involving plastic surgery speculation with her nose.
Everyone was calling the Big Bang Theory star’s nose surgery a nose job. Kaley Cuoco shot down those rumors herself on Instagram with the following photo and caption: “For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breath through my nose like a normal human being in years. This surgery is changing my life. With that being said , if I DID get a nose job , (which I didn’t) I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well.”
