After being caught naked on video while staying at Marriott and Radisson run hotels, ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is suing those companies for a lack of proper security provisions which could have prevented the footage from being taken.
The case stems from a March video filmed by Chicago insurance salesman Michael Barrett who captured Andrews in the buff by filming her in a state of undress through her rooms peephole and then posting that video camera phone footage online.
