Bristol Palin Says She’s Not DWTS Diva, Then Attacks Ex-Boyfriend

Bristol Palin and Levi JohnstonBristol Palin said on her Friday appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” that she isn’t a Dancing With The Stars diva as has been reported lately.

In fact Palin says the only thing she has ever asked for while practicing with partner Mark Ballas was a velcro attached mic pack so she wouldn’t have to wear it around her belt loop.

According to UsMagazine.com she’s also been taking potshots at her on again off again ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston with whom she has a 2-year-old-son, Tripp.

Here we go again! Levi Johnston, the baby daddy of Bristol Palin’s child is running for the mayor of Wasilla, the same town Sarah Palin won her Mayoral race just several short years ago.

The mayoral bid is part of a new reality series titled Loving Levi: The Road to the Mayor’s Office.

Bristol Palin’s Ex-Boyfriend Was Surprised By Engagement Announcement

Bristol Palin and her ex-boyfriend Ben Barber, 20, broke up just two months ago, so needless to say he was quite surprised when Levi Johnston (the father of her baby) announced he was engaged to Bristol.

Ben told The Daily Beast that he was “blindsided” by the announcement.

Considering Ben and Bristol were broken up, I fail to see why there was any “blindsiding” on his part. Then again the way this up and down relationship has gone, it doesn’t surprise me that everyone was taken back with the couples most recent decision.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are not only back together, they’re actually engaged! According to this weeks edition of Us Weekly the engagement has not been approved by Sarah Palin and Bristol and Levi could care less.

Whether or not you’re on his team, you know you’ve been itching to finally see Levi Johnston’s Playgirl photos.

If you’ve been living under a rock, here’s a recap. Last year, former Alaska Governor and Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin had a falling out with Levi, who happens to be the ex-beau of her teenage daughter Bristol, as well as the father of their baby Tripp. Levi, who has been very vocal about his rift with the Palins, has played the role of the rebel well. A few months ago he announced the he would be posing for Playgirl.

Fans and haters spent eons wondering just how nude the 19-year-old heartthrob would be on the cover. Now we know the million-dollar answer: He’s nude alright, but you can’t really see “it.”

Playgirl even played up the hype by releasing teaser photos every week from November 2009 until the coveted February 2010 issue finally hit the newsstands.

But life isn’t all peaches for Levi, now that he’s on his way to stardom. Sarah Palin is reportedly requesting that part of the proceeds from Playgirl go toward child support payments. “I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi,” Bristol said in a statement.

Levi’s manager defended Levi by saying that he has indeed paid enough child support since the baby was born last year.
