In 2009 Freddie Prinze Jr. was driving a car registered under wife Sarah Michelle Gellar’s name when he ran into the back of another car, allegedly injuring the other driver so badly that surgery was required to fix the driver’s neck, now Prinze Jr. is being sued for that accident.
According to legal docs, Prinze “suddenly and without warning” rear-ended the injured driver after they had already come to a stop at a red light.
The injured party says they have not been able to work since the accident occurred and that they have been advised to have major surgery to fix the pain they are suffering.
