Who says women can’t be serious gamers? In this digital age, women can do anything that men can and that includes playing video games of all types. In fact, the 2014 global gaming stats revealed that women are playing more and more games. For example, women now make up 47 percent of gamers in the U.S. This figure is up from 42 percent in 2012.
There are also female celebrities who take gaming seriously. Many of them are into the multi-player role playing games such as the World of Warcraft.
