After a very rocky period for Robin Thicke, he’s determined to reconcile with wife Paula Patton!
Though the crooner has had a fruitful 2013 — thanks to Blurred Lines — cheating controversies surrounding him heightened, eventually leading to his separation from Paula.
Now, the crooner hopes to re-ignite their 8-year marriage as he thanks her at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, while accepting the ‘Top R&B Song’ award: “Most importantly, I’d like to thank my wife for her love and support and for putting up with me for all these years.”
Thicke even performed a new song that night, the explicitly-titled Get Her Back, which holds lyrics of regret such as “I should’ve kissed you longer” and “I gotta treat her right.”
That, ladies and gentlemen, is a real man.
