Playboy model Jayde Nicole has settled her lawsuit with Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. Nicole claims that in 2009 Joe Francis attacked her at a Hollywood Guys and Dolls nightclub.
Under the settlement, both parties are barred from discussing the terms agreed upon.
On the flip side, Jadye’s one time flame Brody Jenner who use to side with her side of the story has apologized to Francis and denies that the assault ever took place.
After the attack, in which Francis allegedly punched Jadye, Jenner had tweeted:
“Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”
In a recent apology letter obtained by RadarOnline Jenner told Francis:
“I would like to acknowledge for the record that media reports that you beat up Jayde Nicole that night were completely inaccurate. I have always known you to be a gentleman and I’m very sorry that you were wrongly accused that night.”
Gentleman? Given Francis’ history, that’s a far cry from reality. Oh wait, Jenner had to write an apology in order to take advantage of a settlement he was receiving from his own suit again Jenner.
