Hearing that Pauly D of Jersey Shore just spent $480 on four pairs of Nike’s might not sound so bad, but when you realize he was adding those shoes to his arsenal of 350 pairs, it’s totally insane.
Spotted this weekend at Sportie L.A. by TMZ Pauly D was purchasing new Nike’s to add to his crazy big shoe collection which is quickly inching closer to 400 pairs.
The total worth of his shoes has risen to nearly $30,000, which means it’s probably a good thing that he’s the second highest earner on the MTV reality show, with a new spinoff show of his own coming out in 2011. The highest earner? Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.
His obsession with shoes is reportedly so bad that he will fly out West just to obtain hard-to-find sneakers.
