In Touch Weekly may be sued by the Osbourne family if they move forward with a September 6th article that’s alleged to place Kelly and Jack in an unfavorable light.
Sharon took to Twitter this week to talk about the story:
“In Touch Magazine is printing an untrue story about Kelly & Jack which affects their credibility and dignity. See you in court!”
Kelly also responded via Tweet:
“(I’m) in shock that In Touch is printing a untrue story about (Jack) and I. Can’t believe it, we have both worked too hard on ourselves for this b.s. (bulls**t)”
Jack Osbourne then chimed in:
“So Intouch magazine is writing a bulls**t story about me and (Kelly). They’d better get their check (sic) books ready, cause I’m goin to town!”
We’re not sure exactly what the article will say, but given we already know about Ozzy, Jack and Kelly’s past drug addictions, it’s going to take a big surprise to cast them in any light they haven’t already been cast in.
