The countdown to Miley Cyrus’ 18th birthday has begun! You know what that means; it’s time to get out of your rents’ place and get a pad of your own. That should come easy for the world’s richest teen celebrity.
“I’m actually buying a place,” she told People. “I haven’t moved in yet. I’m still reconstructing and stuff.”
Mom and dad aren’t worried (yet). Miley’s new pad is very close to her family’s current Toluca Lake, California, residence, and she’s not moving out until she turns 18 in November.
Besides, she’s still busy prettying the place up. The Hannah Montana actress wants “a really Zen” look for her bachelorette pad. That shouldn’t be a problem because her mom Tish is an interior designer who’s helping Miley pick out the furniture and fixtures.
Sure, mom “is stoked” about the new pad, but I wonder what protective dad Billy feels about Miley moving out.
