Miley Cyrus debuted her new music video today, the song is titled “Who Owns My Heart?” and is the singers international single that includes a slightly darker and more mature theme than past Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus videos.

What do you think about her Miley’s new single and music video? I like the darker look and feel, but soon Miley will be leaving music for an acting career, an odd choice considering she finally seems to be coming into her own.
