Michael Jackson fans are not happy that the Discovery Channel plans to air a TV special featuring a virtual autopsy for the King of Pop. The TV special, titled Michael Jackson’s Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson has led to a petition which is now circulating the web.
According to TMZ, the petition was created by MJ Justice Project and MJ Children.
The petition states:
“Like any other human being on this earth, Michael Jackson is entitled to a minimum of decency and respect,” and “We ask the directors of the Discovery Channel programming to proceed with the outright cancellation of this indecent documentary, detrimental to both the person and his family and loved ones.”
The goal of the petition is to attract 50,000 signatures, however only 1,500 people have signed up at this time.
