Lindsay Lohan’s new lawyer came out this weekend with guns blaring. Stuart V. Goldberg was in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon and told TMZ that he was there to help, while adding:
“Instead of making her reactive, like a pin cushion, [we’re going] to be proactive. We’re gonna go after them.”
I’m not really sure if that means he’s going after the judges fair decision or just after everyone Lohan has ever faced off against.
With Goldberg believing the court room skipping, DUI committing Lohan doesn’t deserve jail time and his insistence to come out of the gate swinging, the Lohan circus has added yet another clown to center stage.
As experts have stated since the verdict, the chances that the case will be overturned or the judges decision lessened is unlikely since the sentencing was more than fair and in all likelihood Lohan will spend no more than 30 days behind the counties overcrowded jail walls.
It looks like Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan’s former lawyer, quit just in time.
