LeAnne Rimes took to Twitter on Saturday, wishing her ex-husband well with his new marriage.
Rimes Tweeted:
“Congrats to @deansheremet and @sarah_silver on your engagement!” adding “A little birdie told me the happy news last night. Wishes for a life full of happiness.”
Sheremet proposed to girlfriend Sarah Silver on Friday night at their shared Manhattan apartment. Silver and Sheremet moved in with his photographer girlfriend in July, one month after his and Rimes marriage was officially over.
In response to a skeptical user Rimes wrote:
“My congrats is from my heart,” adding “Sorry if you don’t understand it. I do not need the publicity, I get plenty. please stop passing judgement.”
Given her cheating scandal with Eddie Cibrian perhaps her heart-felt feelings were more a way to get rid of some of the guilt she feels.
