Lauren Conrad may have been off-air since her show The Hills was canceled by MTV, but she has been busy with various other successful projects (writing and designing) and has just announced on KIIS-FM’s On Air With Ryan Seacrest that a new show is on the way.
Conrad told Ryan Seacrest that she has inked a deal with MTV for a new reality show and that the project is not-yet-titled and will follow her career rather than her personal life.
She told Ryan:
“It’ll be something very different,” adding “I’ve always been open to doing reality again,” she added. “Just under different circumstances. As long as you have a separation, then it works. You have your personal life and you have work life; when it’s combined, it’s difficult.”
While she hasn’t been on air since 2009, she did write a New York Times best selling book and she has moved up in the world of fashion designing.
