Shannon Price has claimed since Coleman’s death that they still cared for each other and that he would have wanted her to have his estate, now new documents have surfaced from the team at E! which claims quite the opposite. Those documents? A restraining order and several other court documents.
According to the document Coleman petitioned the court on February 2010 for the order.
This newly found information goes against what Price said, that her and her ex-husband were just weeks away from getting remarried before he took a suspicious fall in the couple’s Utah home.
Gary and Shannon had a history of domestic assault against one another and Shannon had pulled the plug on Gary despite his families and doctor’s wishes to keep him on life suppose, believing he could recover given some time.
According to reports the order for restraint was filed under John Doe vs. Jane Doe and Coleman received the order but never served it to Price.
Insiders say he received the order to keep his house from being looted if he was in the hospital:
“He was in poor health and he had been told while he was in the hospital that she was sort of looting the house and he wanted it stopped. He had reached a point where he didn’t want to have any contact with her and he wanted her to stop taking his things.”
Coleman says in the court request that Price was moving back into the house against his wishes and that she:
“has shown a tendency to damage, destroy and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home.”
Anna Gray, a close friend of Coleman is named in a recently found will as his sole beneficiary, a will Price is fighting. Here’s cheering for Gray, because Shannon scares me, she just has this crazy don’t turn your back look on her face.
