After that Thanksgiving brawl at Halle Berry’s house, pictures of a severely bruised and beaten Gabriel Aubry have now surfaced.
The actress’ babydaddy Gabriel Aubry and current beau Oliver Martinez took to blows. Though it’s pretty clear who was at the receiving end of the punches, it was still the injured Aubry who was arrested for battery.
He was also issued an emergency protective order by a judge which is to keep him from coming within 100 yards of Halle Berry, Nahla and Olivier Martinez.
Aubry spent the rest of Thanksgiving in a hospital with a broken rib, swollen eye and serious face contusions.
According to TMZ, Aubry’s lawyers claim that it was Olivier Martinez who instigated the fight, beating the model down and repeatedly slamming his head on the concrete of Halle’s driveway. Aubry also insisted that security tapes from Halle Berry’s home would prove what really happened.

Gabriel obtained a restraining order on Martinez last Monday and has now filed a motion to have a judge lift the order prohibiting him from seeing his daughter Nahla. Gabriel recently won a court battle to keep his 4-year-old daughter in the U.S. which certainly displeased the Oscar award winning actress.
