Brooke Mueller, the soon to be ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen went on a Thanksgiving day bender that has landed her right back in a sober living facility.
Mueller was spotted by TMZ on Nov 26th leaving the Farmer’s Daughter Hotel at approximately 10:00 AM. The hotel according to her rep is where Mueller was shooting her new reality TV series.
According to an on scene witness, she was taken directly from the hotel to a sober living facility in Beverly Hills.
Mueller has been in and out of rehab for the last two years.
Her parents are currently taking care of her children while she receives the help she needs.
