The great thing about awards shows outside the US is that they don’t strictly follow the glam code. At the 2010 Brit Awards last Tuesday, it seemed as if the celebs in attendance were there to outdo each other in terms of dressing outrageously.

Of course you predicted that Lady Gaga would make it to my list. She was the biggest winner that night; not only because of her outlandish tiered dress (above) and lace-appliquéd body stocking (below), but also because she bagged three awards—Best International Breakthrough Act, Best International Album, and Best International Female Solo Artist. She dedicated her “Telephone On A Piano” performance to the late Alexander McQueen.
Can you spot Lily Allen in this group of pink camouflage dancers? She opened the show by singing her hit “The Fear.” She changed from her Chanel red carpet dress into this sexy leather number. She again changed her outfit, this time into a black dress and orange wig to accept her Best British Female Solo Artist award.
