Bristol Palin has purchased a home in suburban Maricopa County, paying $172,000 cash for the home near Arizona State University.
The development, called Cobblestone Farms will be the home of the 20-year-old Bristol and her son Tripp, where she is expected to register for the upcoming Spring semester at Arizona State University.
The home according to PopCrunch is a two-story stucco house that offers access to a community Pool.
The Arizona Republic says the home offers 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage with 3,900 square feet. The home was originally built in 2006 and sold for $330,000 before going into foreclosure a short time later.
No word from the Palin’s on the move at this time.
