Wow Bob Barker has been labeled as a jerk in the past (mostly by girls on the show), but this week he came out and slammed his Price is Right replacement Drew Carey, basically saying he’s made the show boring.
TMZ.com spoke with the shows ex-host and he told them:
“I tried to make the show exciting. He just plays the games…He does it differently than I did,” Barker smiled thoughtfully.
A tip for Barker…you were never exciting when you hosted the show.
Apparently the shows producers agree with Barker, having recently announced that “big changes” were getting ready to occur on the countries oldest running game show.
Although it’s hard to tell exactly what “big changes” will be coming, at this time we just know that Rich “come on down” Fields will be leaving the show which he has been part of since 2004. Apparently Fields will be replaced my an improv comic who will be chosen through on-air auditions.
I agree with one thing, Drew Carey has been quite reserved since taking over the show compared to his Drew Carey Show and Who’s Line Is It Anyway days.
