Michael Douglas To Undergo Chemotherapy For Tumor

Michael DouglasMichael Douglas has announced that he has a tumor in his throat which will require 8 weeks of chemotherapy treatment according to PEOPLE.

The 65 year old star says his doctors expect him to make a full recovery and in a public statement he said in regards to his treatment, “I am very optimistic.”

Douglas has not announced whether or not the lump is malignant or benign.

The treatment comes just ahead of his new films Sept. 24 release, that move “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” is the sequel to his hugely popular 90’s movie Wall Street.

Michael Douglas is married to Catherine Zeta Jones and they have two children together, Dylan Michael and Carys Zeta.

Kat Von D and Jesse James Spend Time Together In Vegas

Could Kat Von D and Jesse James be more than just friends? That’s the news coming out of  TMZ after the two were spotted around Las Vegas together this past weekend.

D and James were spotted being all “touchy-feely” at the Mandalay Bay hotel, then having a romantic dinner at N9Ne Steakhouse at The Palms.

The two then stayed at yet another very high end Vegas hotel.

According to Von D’s people, they are “just friends” while other sources are calling them “friends with benefits.”

Wipeout On NBC Renewed for 4th Season

It’s official! The Hit ABC summer game show Wipeout which features contestants attempting to complete crazy obstacle courses has been renewed for a 4th season.

The Hollywood Reporter says of the new season:

“The next round of the series will feature two new obstacle courses, including a fresh “motivator” for the infamously difficult Big Balls, the classic sweeper with a new twist and obstacles such as the Lawn Mower and the Sky Scraper Slide…”

Mandy Moore Is Returning To “Grey’s Anatomy”

Mandy Moore is set to reprise her role on the hit medical series Grey’s Anatomy. Moore first appeared on the show show during a two-part Season 6 finale and it has been confirmed by TV Guide that she’ll be featured on at least one new episode for season 7.

During last seasons ending episodes Moore received critical acclaim for her final performance, while 16.8 million viewers turned on their TVs to watch as a gunman took the doctors and patients of the ER hostage.

Season 7 of Grey’s Anatomy begins September 23rd.
