Black Eyed Pea’s APL is mourning the loss of his younger brother, who was reportedly gunned down in a town north of the capital in the Philippines. APL was born and raised in the Philippines and only moved to the US when he was adopted. His spokesperson said that he would be going back to his homeland for his brother’s wake and funeral.
