Amanda Bynes was arrested after throwing a bong out the window of her Midtown apartment.
The incident happened in front of the cops who came over her 36th floor flat after they received complaints about Bynes.
Amanda was said to be smoking some substance in the Biltmore’s lobby according to staff who called police.
The messed up star was then taken to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, followed by a trip to the Midtown police station for processing. Apparently, she wore the hideous blonde wig for her mugshot.
Amanda was charged with reckless endangerment for the unwarranted Bong Toss.
Luckily, no one was hurt by the falling Bong. Bynes was in custody Thursday night as a female officer escorted the former Nickelodeon star out of the police station.
