It’s been several days after Paul Walker‘s death, but we’re still reeling in from the shock.
A coroner’s report on the autopsy came out, declaring the “combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries” as the cause of the actor’s death.
Roger Rodas, the driver of the red Porsche Carrera GT, suffered “multiple traumatic injuries”, though it wasn’t indicated if he was still alive when the car exploded.
One thing’s for sure, the death was officially ruled as an accident.
On the other hand, Universal Pictures is shutting down production on the seventh installment of “Fast & Furious”. Filming has already started last September, but it’s still far from completion.
Walker’s untimely demise led the studio to hold it “for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise.”
The 40-year-old actor plays one of the important leads, the undercover officer Brian O’ Connor, so it’s puzzling how the film series will go on, if it’s to be continued.
