Prince Harry has been named as Prince William’s best man for his upcoming wedding to Kate Middleton, set to take place on April 29 at Westminster Abbey.
According to a statement released by Buckingham Palace:
“Prince William has asked his brother, Prince Harry, to be his best man,” and “Miss Catherine Middleton has asked her sister, Miss Philippa Middleton, to be her maid of honor.”
Also named for the wedding procession according to PopCrunch:
The palace also revealed that seven-year-old Louise Windsor, the daughter of Prince Charles’ youngest brother Edward will be among four bridesmaids and two page boys attending the wedding. William’s godchildren Grace van Cutsem — the three-year-old daughter of Hugh van Cutsem, a close friend of Prince Charles — and Tom Pettifer, the eight-year-old son of William’s childhood nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke and Charles Pettifer — round out the wedding party.
Buckingham Palace has been pretty tight lipped over other details, although tidbits continue to leak to the press, including talk of a Scilly Island honeymoon for the countries most high profile couple.
